Horse’s head found in Paramounts bed.

Today it was announced that the Anthony Puzo [son of Godfather author, Mario Puzo] was suing Paramount Pictures for the sum of $1 million in damages for the Godfather video game that we saw a few years back.
Reuters reported that a contract was created between Mario Puza and Paramount that enabled him to have a significant share of the revenue of anything Godfather related. With his passing in 1999, Mario left his estate to his family, including this agreement.
Somethig tells me that the Puzo family aren’t just going to “forget about it”. Still, the Godfather 2 is still planned and has been announced by head EA CEO, John Riccitiello. Will this put the breaks on the project?

The puns in this article are HORRIBLE. “forget about it” isn’t even from the Godfather! Anway, Anthony Puza has been complaining about the video game even before it was released. When he was given a test run of the game, he said that Electronic Arts didn’t understand what the book was about, or the workings of the Mafia.
That may be true, but Puza doesn’t understand video games. No one would buy a game where you had to make calculated moves. No one is interested in the Godfather because of it’s “intellect”, only the killing.
The game was modeled after a free-roam game like Grand Theft Auto, it’s not a logic game! He should just be happy he was paid for his father’s work.
I’d disagree with you Dan. Just for the sake of disagreeing and generating discussions on our website.
